System: 

  1. Pickup certain no of pages from the PDF File of the Lead list as per the weekly / monthly goal. – (Cold Caller)

Materials Req:

  • PDF File (Will be present in the your dedicated lead folder)
  • Clarity on Week Goal

Lead Qualification

The main objective of lead qualification is to qualify on criteria:

1. Nature of Business (B2B or B2C) : Must be B2B because Industrial Marketing is only dedicated to B2B

2. No of Employees: Need to check the no of employees by simply searching on google or visiting their LinkedIn Page (Must be at least above 30 People)

3. Brand Score: Must give a brand score on the basis of website look on desktop & mobile (Tip: You can generate the website score even through GPT, but your eyes must be able to know how bad / good it is)

4. LinkedIn Activity: The brand must have a regular LinkedIn Activity

6. SEO Score: Visit https://seositecheckup.com/ to check the SEO Score (Must be atleast above 70) (This is an optional point, need not use solely this point for calls)

5. Others: (Will use this, If the brand is good at all the points)

  • We shall make a call and tell them about our business & we can help them in framing a brand design like merchandising / stationeries. Please refer to service packages / pricing to understand the brand package service (This will only be done if we dont have any pointers against the company while doing lead qualification)

Note: If you do not find the number of the decision maker, try searching in google by using terms “{Company Name} Owner phone no or mail”. If you just have the mail then use cold mail script.
